I'm an Embodiment (mind-body) coach, yoga instructor, somatic practitioner and trauma-informed trained professional who is passionate about supporting women like you to re-connect with and support your nervous system, while cultivating embodied emotional well-being.
I believe your body, nervous systems, and emotions hold immense wisdom, often sending you valuable messages. By learning to be present with your body, you can feel more connected, empowered, and present in your everyday life.
Through a blend of Somatic Experiencing and integration, Polyvagal Theory, and nervous system support, I guide help guide you in re-patterning your nervous system, deepening inner connection, and cultivating greater emotional ease and resilience.

The opportunity to slow down and connect to my body was a true education. The permission to rest into support, the permission to slow down and feel, the permission to be. In a world where it feels like there is always something to do, it was such a nourishing hour to just be and allow and witness what was happening under the surface. It was very healing! It has also given me daily permission to just be with my body and move and feel and wind down in the evenings, taking a moment to process each day.
