Several years ago when I was certified as a life coach, I was so excited to support women in re-connecting within, and healing their relationship with themselves, but I also sensed something was missing in my work. As I began my own dive into supporting my nervous system and emotions I realized this was the missing piece for me and for the women I worked with.

What is Somatic Integration and Experiencing?
Imagine a relationship in your life where you were fully seen, heard and valued? Where the goal was creating a space for you understand your nervous system, body, and emotions more clearly? This is Embodiment Coaching. It is a unique relationship where we will work together to co-create a deeper connection to embodied presence in your life.
Somatic Integration and Somatic Experiencing (SE) are therapeutic approaches that focus on the connection between the body and mind to help integrate trauma and stress that has been stored or stuck in the nervous system and body. These methods aim to help individuals become more aware of bodily sensations, allowing them to process emotions and experiences stored in the body. Through Somatic Integration and Experiencing you will be guided through awareness of physical sensations, gradually supporting you in integrating emotions and sensations in your body showing up in your present day experiences. Somatic Integration involves aligning the body’s physical, emotional, and mental states for overall healing and well-being. Together we will support you in a deeper mind-body connection, promoting healing from the inside out.
