I found the Retreat a great space for a chance to calm down, a chance to reflect on things that are going on in my life and allowed myself to be just me and journal about it as well during the class. It was very empowering to hear other women's stories and ways to celebrate ourselves and be more mindful and present. The restorative yoga and meditation session allowed me to reflect on what we were discussing and really appreciate the time I gave myself to just be present and stop worrying about everything else.

It's honestly hard to put this weekend into words, and I'm not sure I'll do it justice. It was a weekend of rest, rejuvenation, adventure, laughter, nature, spontaneity, connection, introspection, spirituality, and fun. I gained new insights and perspective into my self and life. I want to take this weekend and jar it up so I can keep the feeling of it forever! But the things I gained and learned will carry with me.

The weekend retreat was such a positive experience. It really helped me look inwards and make some self discoveries. We had so much fun. We had tears. We had laughs. Overall, I didn’t want it to end. It’s amazing how a few days can make such a big impact. Sign me up for the next one!
