I’m so glad you’re here! I’m a nervous system enthusiast and love talking about all things nervous system, emotions, and Polyvagal Theory. My passion is helping women like you connect with and support your nervous system, while cultivating embodied emotional well-being.
I believe our bodies, nervous systems, and emotions hold immense wisdom, often sending us valuable messages. By learning to be present with our bodies, we can feel more embodied, empowered, and connected in everyday life. As a mother and woman, I’m dedicated to helping others build a healthier relationship with their body and create deeper, more meaningful connections in your everyday life.
The opportunity to slow down and connect to my body was a true education. I was so impressed with Breanna's gentle guidance as she guided me inward to feel and hear the wisdom of my own body and soul. The permission to rest into support, the permission to slow down and feel, the permission to be. In a world where it feels like there is always something to do, it was such a nourishing hour to just be and allow and witness what was happening under the surface. It was very healing! It has also given me daily permission to just be with my body and move and feel and wind down in the evenings, taking a moment to process each day.
